This is going to be a long season offensively and probably in general.

No lift on Wesley's jump shot there. Definitely a concern.

At least we're outscoring both the Indians and the Cubs combined!

33 points at the half... Do you guys like Dennis Smith? Lonzo Ball? De'Aaron Fox? Frank Ntilikina? What I'm saying is; we're getting a franchise PG this summer.

We just have a bunch of broken down vets. It's so obvious that it's kinda pathetic.
The defense would save us if we could rebound.

1) score
2) defend
3) rebound
For the Mavs it's choose one

More than anything I just love that the preseason and first four games have 100% and completely set the tone. No one gets to bitch and complain. No one gets to think we're a good team. We're just bad. We may eventually be decent or even half good, but right now we are as advertised-- a complete wreck.

Rick has to simplify the offense. You can't blame the players when everyone looks off.

Bogu has not brought much at all ....his passing ability is just not helping at this point.

I guess the one good thing is Barnes' play. I have really liked everything I see.

Matthews is not doing much out there all year...we really gotta look for some trades and play some of the young guys and let them learn.

Barnes and Bogus came here with the mindset the mavs would be worth a shit. Wouldn't be surprised if this is Bogut only year with Dallas.
This honestly feels a worse team than 2012. The pick up FA after being rejected only held on for so long. This is the fallout.
Also I'm drunk

Agreed. I'd like to him to be more selfish on offense, but the offense is completely broken. Frankly, the offense didn't look good last season either so no surprise.

George Hill has actually been a primary scorer so far this year with Hayward out. 18 is his low. 23 his high.

I love Dirk...but we made the run with him out. Lets get Barnes back in and try to steal this thing. Dirk is having trouble with the switching on D.

I don't see where Bogut is giving us much more than Zaza did.
The only good thing that came out of this game was that some of our young guys played decent. At some point I'd like to see Hammons get on the court.

New Orleans are 0-5 with Anthony Davis.
They should trade him to us for Mejri and Powell.

Our draft pick is increasing in value every game so who knows what Cuban will do. Davis is one of the few players I'd give up that pick for.
