Howard in, they made not many threes, Howard out, no need to help and they have wide open threes? Paradox and that can´t happen!

Dammit. All the hardf work and they are only up 6. Pitiful last 3 minutes when Howard went out.
Mavs should be up by about 12-15 points right now. Now, they are going to have to fight and claw their way to a win. And if the Mavs 3s don't go down in the secfond half (which the law of averages probably says so)... those 6-8 points they gave up in the final 3 minutes is probably going to bitte them.

Can't watch the game right now, but following the box on my phone.
Looks like Stevenson is stepping the eff up tonight!

The law of averages says they should hit near their average, not less than their average.

Jason Terry can break down a defense all by himself. Of course, the problem is that the defense is his own.

But if they are shooting higher than their normal average, then they would probably shoot lower later on to even it out.
Same with a team shooting 60% in a half. Law of averages says they will shoot under that in the second half.....

I think Howard will be able to get away with alot more on the defensive end this half.
Ugh.

That was the case after Q1, at 31-19 when I wrote that and even at halftime, this still holds true. Not that it matters...

Probably so, Rick. And I imagine a lot of that will be on the defensive end... no goaltends... no 3 secs... very few fouls.

Just arriving. Skimmed through the GDT...what's with the Terry hate? He's got 8 points and 7 assists shooting over 50%. That's a very good half.
As for DeShawn Stevenson, I don't know what to say anymore. He's surprised me, shocked me, astonished me, puzzled me, wow'd me, made me a believer...its just ridiculous.

Crap, that's where Chandler has to wrap Howard up and put him on the line. He shoots 57% on FTs.
