What would you say if I told you that Romo was putting up a QB rating of 109.6 today?

Kind of hard to believe with as bad as he's looked out there.

I would say numbers/stats can be very deceiving.

That rating needs some work.

Damn Warner got clocked on that long throw but still got it out there, nice to have fitzy to bail you out, and that last one was studly also.

I'd believe it. He's had about 2 or 3 bad throw. No INT's. His problems have been fumbling.

I really hope that Romo miscue wasn't the mistake that I said they really needed to avoid. Arizona is just getting down the field too quickly and easily.

Yea not really sure why they don't factor in fumbles. Seems like that is just as important as a INT. Probably more since INT's aren't always the fault of the qb's.

He hasn't been hitting guys in stide in weeks however imo. It's not that he's missing 'em all over the place, just not putting it where he has in the past when he's going good.

Does he get a fumble for not catching a snap?

We're no longer getting pressure on Warner. I don't know what's happened. Everything was going so great for this defense. Now they're not blitzing.

Heck he's only lost one fumble so that probably wouldn't make a huge difference even if they made a formula that did factor that in.

I think they've adjusted with more screens, it's been hurting us quite a bit.

Henry didn't have a clue on that one.

Hasn't he had about 3 fumbles though? Or are when they recovered they don't count as fumbles?

He got one called back because of an early whistle and another one that someone busted ass to get back. And that snap was on him also imo.

He's had two official, one was a tuck and another one was whistled way too early. I'm not sure about the snap.

Well it depends on what you are looking at. But it only shows us as having 1 fumbles lost (and 3 fumbles so far). But since you are making this hypothetical QB Rating, you can include fumbles instead of fumbles lost in your formula if you want.

I thought he had more than that. Seems like it anyway. Maybe that's why it seems he's played poor today compared to what his qb rating says. I have faith in Romo in the 4th quarter. He's gotten the turnover out of the way. Hopefully he doesn't do anything stupid here. I hate we gave up that timeout.

Romo sure is dumping the ball off to Barber a lot. Are they really covering our receivers that well?

I think it's also a feeling Romo probably doesn't think he has a lot of time in the pocket, that he'll just get eaten up on all sides from the defense.

Why? B/c we are the Cowboys? We might have talent, but the team hasn't been executing as a whole. Arizona has looked better on both sides of the field today.
