Sacramento @ Dallas Game 4 Playoff Thread

The sacred halls of the AAC came tumbling down on top of the hapless Kings in Game 3 and left them feeling embarrased and ashamed. In the aftermath, the mighty mighty team that is the Dallas Mavericks triumphed in the blood of their aggressors. The losing coach tried to minimize the impact by questioning the victors D... Not a wise move, I say.

Tonight the cries in the streets of Dallas you hear will be the beaten and disheveled Kings running back home to what they think is their safe haven. For the Mavericks will even up the series and mop up the blood stains left behind by Floppy, Peja, She-Webb, and P-Whip off of the floor of the AAC.

We are in good spirits. Its playoff time...why shouldn't we be? JHo, Fin. and Stevie find their shooting strokes again and carry the team to another W and even up the series. SheWebb complains as always after the devastating 45point loss.

Webber gets an unfortunate sprain when he is hit in the head by a ball while sucking his thumb. He is forced to leave the series, giving him an automatic excuse for why his team is going down in flames, regardless of the fact that the queens will already be looking at a comically huge deficit by the time he leaves. His thumb will require surgery, forcing him to be benched for the majority of next season. He will return just in time to ruin the team's chemistry and screw them out of another title run. The window is closing, and I hope Webber gets his fingers caught in it as it slams shut.

I dont care what you predict, as long as it looks believable. With all these Mavs 200-kings 0 victories, its like you know the mavs aren't gonna win, so you gotta make an outrageous prediction so if they lose, then its all good because everyone knew you were joking but if the mavs win, its "I told you so." Makes outsiders look in and see that this board is run by a lot of young teenagers.

Mavs must have a win tonight. Teams have come back from a 3-1 deficit only 7 times in over 100 tries. (If that number is wrong someone please correct me, I half remember this stat on tv the other day.) Najera on Webber in the third quarter is key again. Shutting down Peja again is not as likely tonight IMO, so I predict a very close game decided in the fourth quarter. As to which way it goes, who knows? I hope the mavs start hitting some threes after what seems like a long drought.

My two biggest worries are the refs are gonna call alot of fouls on the Mavs....especially early...trying to cut the Mavs momentum off at the pass and keep Sactown in the game....

And that the Mavs come out and get into too big of a hurry in trying to get that 30 point lead 10 minutes into the game....

Fin and everybody stressed playing with intensity & aggression.....take it to the Kings...take it to the hole....play hard on the boards and defense...I hope we play FAST but not in a hurry....make that extra pass or two....move without the ball....crash the boards...getting in too big of a hurry will lead to stupid mistakes, bad shot selection, and turnovers that possibly lead to easy buckets for Sacto....Sacto is having enough trouble scoring and feeling the pressure....no need to make it easier for them....
