I think it's more likely that they trade Willimas, althought the way Zo is looking I doubt they would give up either of them. It's worth a call.

It is more likely they'd trade Williams, but the salaries don't match.

If I could get collins just for best and steffanson yeah Id do that in a heart beat. But Delk isn't a pass first point guard and in fact he is more of a natural two so their could be danger in trading your only real backup to nash.

Why would we trade our only pg? I think i'd more than likely go for the trade but in this league it is very hard to get a pg. Especially one who can run the Mavs offense atleast serviceable. Maybe Delk can take over the pg position for the Mavs but that is going to be hard when he is starting.

Dallas should jump on Aaron Williams, if offered. But he wouldn't be.

BTW, I think Planinic is a PG. They wanted him to spell Kidd, but he's not ready yet apparently. Thus Jersey's interest in a vet PG.

I heard Byron Scott say during the draft that they thought Planinic was the best point guard in the draft.

You're right not to do this trade. The question would be is Aaron Williams that much better than Najera to off-set what you lose in giving Best for Planinic? I think not, and I don't think you do either.
