Default IE Plugin from CDT?

Is anyone else getting promted to install an IE Plugin from CDT when they visit this site? It may not be a big deal, but I typically don't like to install something when I have no idea what it is.

Ever since we installed that counter I've had trouble on one computer at home and now this is popping up at work.

A virus that hides out and then attacks...given the name because it acks like the trojan horse...looks harmless but isn't.

I've been going through complete hell for the past fifteen minutes. I'm just not savy enough to be browsing through my own registry looking for the right keys to delete. I had a Spybot program that I had downloaded for free, but it wasn't helping.

I ended up purchasing another program, SpyHunter, and it immediately detected and delted the keys in my registery. Plus it found a bunch of other useless crap.

The culprit was the counter at the bottom of the screen. Someone had hacked it server. Looks like it's fixed now though.

Just to let you guys know... that is not a virus that it is trying to install... it is much worse. It is a trojan, the worst kind... a keylogger.

What does a keylogger do? It logs all your keystrokes.

So if it gets installed you will be giving the recipient all your passwords, possibly credit card numbers, anything you type on your keyboard.

This counter thing is evil....

Evil, evil, evil....

Or we could have it do rehabilitation in the community with 24 hour supervision, and then cut back the budget where we cross our fingers and hope it does its community service.
