Boy this abc play-by-play guy is something else. I'm not sure what it is, but it's something else.

I can't remember ever seeing it called. Only holding, tripping, etc.

uhmm...have you ever heard of stopped forward motion? Damn, the RB's forward motion was stopped quite a ways from where the ball was spotted.

Hmmm....I've seen holding but not blocking in the back....
But you ARE correct there was an obvious block in the back and was easily seen.

Could have been a nice call, but shouldn't have been thrown after they covered it.

...no reason for a screen when USC's getting very little pressure and VY's running on them at will anytime they actually do get a little pressure... Plus, the TE screen is a bad idea in general... that play so very rarely works...

Too many missed opportunities for Texas... fumble at midfield.. fumble cost the Horns to settle for a FG instead of a good shot at a TD.... missed XP.. missed chip shot FG (after a horrendous play call on third down)

Yep..coming up empty on that last possession was huge... terrible play call by Brown. You can't give away possessions with crap like that.
I don't know that Brown calls the play, but on 3rd and short in USC's territory, I'm pretty sure that all goes thru him.

Getting whooped up front. Texas isn't giving themselves a chance.

Damn, not another review.... They don't know when to review and when not... They've screwed up and not reviewed two or three plays that needed to be reviewed and now they're reviewing a play that doesn't have an angle that can possibly change the call.

Close to a fumble, but not close enough to over-turn, imo... But this has been a really weird review.

Texas' defense hasn't had an answer for Leinart, Jarrett, and White in the second half. Bush had actually been pretty silent in the second half up until that touchdown.

That's a fumble, but I don't know if it's indisputible enough to overturn.
But I thought it was a fumble.

Did he have control of the ball long enough to be a fumble? My opinion is that he didn't.

I wouldn't overturn it, but it looks like a fumble.

It looked like a fumble in slow motion because it obviously makes it look like he had the ball for a significant amount of time... In full speed, it's much more difficult to tell.
I would lean towards fumble, but I wouldn't have overturned the call... If it would have been called a fumble initially, I believe the fumble call would have stuck.

what kind of play call was that? The 'horns are having so much luck throwing the ball underneath..keep it up.
