RE:Giant Killers! Gameday Thread!
Great job again by Ellis and Glover. Ellis didn't look to quick. Good thing his job title usually doesn't involve running 40 yards.

The way Greg Ellie was waving the ball out there and not tuccking it in I thought there was going to be a Leon Lett incident.

But, he was aware of the people behind him.
Nice pass to Glenn for the first down.

Give me Witten....
Anyways, this is what happens when you put everything on your defense to stop a team from scoring a TD. I know the Cowboys just recovered a fumble on the 1 yard line, but it shouldn't have come down to that.

...sloppy play and some poor decisions by coaching.... I'll love the win, but this was one ugly game.

I agree completely murph....Another game where it's a hand-off and a cloud of dust. I don't understand why he's so old school when he's been marching up and down the field all game.

So now they should take the safety.

What in the hell kind of play call is that?
In that situation, you run the ball to keep the clock running.
What is Parcells doing?

Here's a question, why rush the punter in that situation? Set up the return.

RE: Giant Killers! Gameday Thread!
Insane...I can't believe they kicked it either. What was the point of giving a possible block!! Why wouldn't a safety and free-kick??
And now they are looking like they are going to give up another long play... sheeshh.

Un-stinking-believable.... As murhp has said before williams a big hitter but his coverage skills stink, it seems.

Rediculous. You dont have your WORST cover guy covering Shockey. Roy had a good game today but its just embarrassing to continually give up big plays when anyone is close at the end of the game.

You can't take a safety there, because then a touchdown beats you. You just punt it and try to play some defense.

....
What was the worse call? Passing the ball on third down with the Giants on defense and around a minute left...with the Giants having no timeouts or not going for it on 4th and 2 inches?
Parcells needs to get the corn cob out of his ass and get into the game.

RE: Giant Killers! Gameday Thread!
Maybe he was, but the giants should have scored on two straight plays. On the receiver fell down, the other he caught it.

Can you imagine how good Jason Witten would be if he had Roy Williams covering him?

Do not just put the ball in the middle and kick it. Keep going. If you get to like the 10 fine but keep trying to get upfield.

Good grief, hnow he's throwing it everywhere. And parcells is bitching about the call I think.

That pass pattern looked too deep. Like it was trying for the first down and not just 10 yards or so.

RE: Giant Killers! Gameday Thread!
Parcells and williams is damn lucky today. It would have been nice to not have had the other one blocked. The bad thing is parcells goes in thinking...oh yeah..the strategy is great, we just can't have blocked fieldgoals. He's got on of the best arms in the business and lots of receivers and an all-pro tight end and he still thinks he has a super-bowl defense. Wake-up dude.
