I think I am dead last out of everyone who remembered to do their picks and their confidence points. By week 5, I expect to be overtaken by everyone who gave me a head start.

probably as good a system as any other...I've been deciding by whichever team's state responded more favorably to The Second Great Awakening...

Well that NE game pretty much frakked me up good this week, as I had 15 confidence points on it.

I'm pretty sure I had 15 or 16 on it. I think I only picked about half of the games correctly...so that stinks.

Looks like the greatness of u2 is going to win the week....he only had 6 points on NE, and the Chargers should win tomorrow (imo).
Way to go u2.

Alex...you went from top dog to 15 down.
I had a nice showing...I have a feeling I'm in for doom and gloom next week.

I don't think it' quite that bad -- I had 13 on San Diego so I'll reclose the gap when those points are reflected. But I was reasonably certain that the only reason I had the lead to begin with was because I was damn lucky, so I can't say I'm terribly surprised things have evened out.

Oh I'm sorry....I didn't realize that Yahoo sucks so freaking bad that even after the game has been over for 20 minutes, they still can't auto-update their pick em leagues. Screw you, Yahoo.
edit....I'm winning!

I got owned this week. Ugh... When St. Louis has a bye-week, I might as well click randomly on the screen.

The nice thing about this game is that when you have a terrible week like I had, apparently everyone else had about the same.

Strange. Your terrible week happened to be one of my better weeks. And you still got 6 more points than me.
Well, not so much strange, as it is sad.

If I see anyone with an awesome score this week....you're either psychic, or a complete moron.
Dallas and Washington should have pretty well screwed everyone over this week. And Atlanta...grrr....I'm sorry but I am STILL not buying it.

Dallas was far from a no-brainer. I only put three points on them. Washington...that's another story.
I did call Atlanta though.

Peanut...I love you dawg, because we talk about hockey and stuff, but you picked the mother effing Raiders to beat the Jets and I need an explanation. You are now officially running away with this pick em league. Well done, sir. Put some real money on that S.

I can never get a grasp on this, each week I think I'm getting on the right track and figuring things out and I either end up the same or worse...
