Good idea, he only has like 3 years (without this), and 60 million dollars left on his contract, can't defend anybody, and plays the same position as our star player. (don't get me started with Amare as a center). So yeah, honestly, what could go wrong? Let's trade our expirings for him.

According to rumors, Cousins got into multiple fist fights with teammates and most recently shoved his coach in a locker room altercation. Not the kind of guy that you want here.

When it was Westphal, some people apologized for him saying it was the coach's fault. Now that he's had issue with two straight coaches, it looks like the problem is Cousins.

Amare is an awful fit. He needs a Nash-style PG to reach his offensive potential, he's not a good defender, and he plays the same position as the Mavs' best player.
