How ironic that you continue to be so ridiculous. It was balanced because it HAD TO BE DUDE. So the state of texas shouldn't take the government money gotten from china? If there are no strings tied to it, sure get your share of the pig slop.

The whole point of your post is that Obama will come to Texas and behold the wonders of conservative governance. Problem is that these wonders were built on the back of liberal policies.
