Was anybody concerned that dumping TO would limit the
big play? Still concerned?

Yeah, I always thought those concerns were dumb. TO was highly overrated by the time he left. I know it's only the Bucs, but I'm not too concerned about our offense.

On the other hand, I do still have some concerns about the defense...

How are we getting picked apart by a banged up Byron Leftwich?

Patrick Crayton = my high scorer for the week. Too bad I left him on the bench! LOL

Hard to believe after such a slow start, but Romo had 353 yards today for a new career high. Terrell Owens who?

I'm scared about our defense though. Who gives up 450 yards to Tampa Bay? They were particularly atrocious stopping the run. If that doesn't get shored up, the Giants are going to run right over us.

Exactly what I was thinking, TB shouldn't be able to run it straight through us.

I hope Felix gets a few more touches next week, but I was impressed with our offense.

Wow... 450 yards?

Maybe Tampa is just better than everyone thought. Maybe?

Or maybe the Cowboys defense is severely overrated...

That defense was horrible...should we be calling for the Defensive Coordinators head yet?

By the way, I am watching another game, possibly two if the weather holds up...The Rangers are now up 6-1 in the bottom of the 7th!!!

The Cowboys might have given up 850 yards yesterday if Leftwich hadn't been QB for the other team. That was scarey bad.

One last look at the 2009 Cowboys' season debut

Just wanted to get an article up wrapping up week 1 before I preview week 2. Just mentioned the good and bad from the Bucs game. I know y'all will have some differing views on the play of the game, so of course it is just my opinion!
