BOTTOM OF THE BARREL?: Former Blazer/Hawk/Laker/Nugget Isiah Rider may get another shot in the NBA, a shot with the club that drafted him. In speaking with media, Timberwolves VP Kevin McHale told reporters that he had been in contact with Isiah Rider, and that he would be welcomed to try out for the club, but he’d have to agree to weekly substance testing, and a one-year deal that is non-guaranteed at the league minimum. McHale said Rider would have to ‘prove’ he could make the team.
