I love how Mav fans scapegoat. First it's Nellie. Then it's Keith Van Horn. Then it's the refs. Did you ever enter your mind that this team just isn't very good?

I hate Stackhouse. I've hated him a long time now. His one or two clutch shots here or there don't make up for the bricks and turnovers he constantly makes.

I just wanted to sign both of these threads that popped up within minutes of each other...

I agree wholeheartedly.

Agree wholeheartedly. I would love to see him gone although I know it will never happen as he is a "warrior"... What a bunch of BS. Great warriors aren't mildly retarded which I seriously think Jackhouse is. It makes sense if you really think about it...

The thing that is the most irritating is that AJ loves him for some reason. You know they're making out and having gay sex in the locker room right now.. It just pisses me off because the rest of the team has to suffer because of AJ's homosexuality directed towards Stackhouse.

It needs more cowbell. Well we need more Devin Harris. Hell he hit a couple big threes and his penetration finally got the Mavs going. 0-3 hurts.

Yep, when you mix his age in with not being able to shoot and poor decision making...well, that's a pretty crappy combination.

This needed to be said and I am glad I didn't have to say it. (although I will add the words 'right now' at the end.)

You just gained any respect you lost from me over the past year, 'ape. Hell, I might make this my sig.

You know we do scapegoat a lot, but i've never liked Stackhouse... that one free throw during the SA series where he didn't even hit the rim thus giving them a chance to beat us cemented his spot as my least favorite Mavericks.

He's dumb basketball wise, he's old, and he's streaky... why do we need him? Trade this guys expiring contract NOW.

Right now I'd trade Stackhouse for a warm six-pack of Milwaukee's Best.

Okay, make that a "forty" of Natural Light...

There's plenty of hate to go around. You'll notice that many players took criticism in the GDT. However, saying that you hate Stack isn't the same as using him as the scapegoat. Saying that he's a worthless piece of crap isn't the same either. No one is blaming him for all of the Mavs troubles. But, some of us are calling a spade a spade. Stack is an aging, poor shooting, and unintelligent basketball player that needs to get the f' out of town. No, that is not making him the scapegoat. That's calling a piece of crap what it actually is... a piece of crap.

no, not really. I'd prefer the Mavs to win even if it means that Stack makes a clutch shot or two.

Well, best case scenario would be the Mavs winning despite Stack doing his best to screw it up (which was the second half of the season last year...mavs winning despite Stack).

Okay, make that a "forty" of Natural Light...
I recommend the 40 of Bud Ice--higher alcohol content. takes a high BAC to deal with an 0-3 start.

it would certainly bring less negatives and about the same amount of positives...thats only if an empty chair can be a "warrior"...I'm just not sure.
