This is perfect. The Suns get an L, and the Pistons tire themselves out for Sunday.

Golden State is kicking the ever-lovin' crap out of the T-pups, too. The cream is definitely rising to the top tonight.

It's amazing to me that they don't play KT more. 9 minutes tonight. Nash was 8 of 9.... so why didn't he take more shots? Was he playing disinterested? Amare is awesome.

Suns get douched
Nice to see the Suns get rocked when C. Billups only played 12 mins. Nash's age showing through? It took a while against Boston, but Dirk delivered after an emotionally exhausting game Wednesday. Positive sign for a potential 7 game series against the Suns (who shot like hell from 3). If Mavs beat Pistons and then beat Suns in two weeks, the MVP order will be restored. Even just beating Detriot Sunday would be HUGE. Order is starting to be restored in this world. Nice to see San Antonio go down to a non-playoff team. Utah skidding hard too. These details won't mean much come post-season, but we need that top seed. All the better if we can get it while playing JJB, Mo Ager, and Pops.

Man, looking at the boxscore, Flip Murray went apeshit. Carlos Delfino kinda did, too.
What the hell happened to Marion? Did Rasheed make him into his bitch?

Detroit, Phoenix, and San Antonio. The Mavs need to win all three of those games. If they do that, then I have a hard time believing that the award would still go to Nash.

The Pistons have been playing solid ball ever since they picked up C-Webb. I honestly wonder if they're not better with him than they are with Big Ben.
On a different note, I owe the Detroit Pistons a personal debt of gratitude for slapping the shit out of those bitch-ass Suns. (Special thanks to the Milwaukee Bucks as well for the beatdown they administered to the Spurs)
That being said, the Pistons are going down on Sunday.

I think Sheed still has to get one more to get a suspension. Dirkster not far behind. Mavs did a good job of not whining tonite. I didn't even see Cuban, who can be a whine-enabler. I don't see Murray and Delfino going off AGAIN against the Mavs. These guys are one hit wonder ass-clowns. Mavs will finally truly be JACKED on Sunday with a chance to restore order. No more "anger" motivation.

This proves that winning one game against the Mavs wears you down a lot. They don't have the bench to take us in 7 double OT games come playoff time.
