What an embarassing sequence in the second quarter when they coaches have told Johnson he's doen and Bollinger that he's in, and then pull Bollinger back as he runs onto the field.

Sequences like that can't really be good for Phillips' cred with the players.

Watching the replay it sure looked like it was Garret doing that.

Yeah, I do remember that replay, and it did look like that. Is that really supposed to be Garret's final call though, especially when we are talking about the most important position on the team? I don't know, maybe it just means Wade trusts Garret enough to make the big decisions on an area he feel that he doesn't know enough about, which could be a good thing. But at the same time, shouldn't the head coach be making a decision as big as whether or not the quarterback needs to be switched? Did Wade say anything about this in the press conference?
