Wow, I really hate how so many of the best athletes use steroids.

All I know is that I was sick and tired of hearing how good Merriman is.

Now, for all I know Ware is doing the same thing.

But I kinda doubt it.

Ware isn't as frickin' massive as Merriman is so I highly doubt Ware is juicing. I'm with you on being sick of Merriman.

Im just curious to see if he becomes a paria the way baseball players do or if it just gets ignored like it did with peppers(he didnt take steroids exactly but he took something, i cant remember what)

Interesting question. On the surface I wouldn't think he would be a pariah. But that's food for thought.

My guess, though, is that it would be ignored and they would be happy to welcome him back to the ranks.

Their team is overrated, though, anyway.

Castillo tested positive for Steroids at the combine and nobody brings it up when he makes a play. I'm imagine that it'll be the same with Marriman.

I don't get why any professional athlete would use steroids. Why not get some HGH? It cost a little more but as I understand, there's not reliable test for it.

Why don't they just not cheat in the first place?

Because millions of dollars are on the line?

Things aren't always black and white. Not saying I condone it, but let's not act like none of us would be tempted in that situation.

While I agree, I can undertand why someone would cheat. There's a lot of money at stake and maybe the steroid is the difference between being a good player and being a star. Not saying that it's right, but I understand.

I can't understand why a player would use detectable steroids.

Of course after this rant, I think the league needs to test Dennis Green for steroids.

I would like to add my 2 cents...

Hahahahahahahahaha!

I have been so sick and tired of the Merriman love. Saying he is the best player in football. Saying he is the best LB in football. Hell, he isn't the best linebacker in his Fing draft class!

I see why he was getting to the QB a little better than the next guy... It always helps when you take steroids!

Oh yes, I almost forgot:

Hahahahahahahahahaha!

Theres that and alot of times steroids can be the difference between making an nfl roster or not and/or between being a guy who makes a roster and a guy who actually plays. Theres a huge difference in money for all of those tiers. I would like to think I would never take steroids and I dont think I would BUT I can most certainly understand the reasoning for people doing so. I think its incredibly nieve to think hes the only one...

Does anyone know whether character had anything to do with the Cowboys choosing Ware over Merriman in the draft? If it did, someone at Valley Ranch is lookin' pretty smart right about now.

I hope he's clean cause I really don't like to see any atheletes cheat using steroids. If he did use them, though, I hope someone kciks him in the ass and he stops. (very unlikely)

I have no idea why some of you are laughing.... isn't this is a serious manner?
