dude, Roy has a hurt ankle. He has been out there a little bit, but it's clearly affecting his play. For the first time in forever, I saw a running break one of his tackles in which Roy met the running back head on.

Win the damn game. The paying public doesn't want to sit out there for a dang pre-season game.

AS soon as I saw that Romo wasn't gonna get in, i thought they might as well lose and move up in the draft, even though it's only like one spot. They just weren't in it, and I can understand why.

I would venture that one of the reasons why is a lack of intestinal fortitude. Chiefs won their last game, why let another team come in and kick your rear-end on your home-court, possibly the last game your coach is going to be there.

Dude, have you ever played any sport? Im not trying to use this as a knock on you or anything but if you cant see how a team who has practiced all week believing they could make the playoffs would have a huge letdown when they find out right before gametime that they cant, then you dont understand sports at all.

Sure 5-0...Played plenty(bball, baseball, softball, tennis, golf, very little football), not at a college level but rec leagues, school etc. I understand a let-down but good players and ferocious competitors imo absolutely hate to lose, especially in front of their home team at the end of the season..

I can't remember once after losing a game that we didn't fell like crap. But it's really hard to compare pro-amateur imo, since we were playing because it was fun and not for a paycheck.

St. Louis didn't have much to play for either except the competition and they came in and took it to Dallas on their home-field.

I thought that the team sort of under-achieved quite a bit this year and certainly wilted down the stretch. Maybe they just played at their potential late, but I find it hard to believe the difference that Gibbs had his team playing at versus Tuna.

Gibbs is one of if not the greatest coaches in nfl history. Parcells is a very very good coach that i thoroughly dislike who is not the god many think he is.

I should have re-phrased that. I also think Gibbs is head and shoulders above the Tuna. What I found hard to believe was the level of effort that Gibbs seemed to get out of his team versus the Tuna.
