Quincy is 5 for 6 so far with 51 yards against the #1 ranked D. Swinton just had a nice run on a reverse.

Another bad decision by campo. Why didnt he challenge the int on the return for carolina got extra 30 yards on a foward lateral. No carolina just got a TD.

Quincy was doing ok before the Interception. Damn turnovers. Why is Quincy not running more when the receivers are covered. Dear lord he could run a mile if he would just do it.

Doc he was doing better than ok he was 5for6 for 51 yards. He's not running becasue the o-line is all inexperienced and it will fall apart. But the o-line is doing ok so far.

The offensive playcalling is JUVENILE. How many times are they going to unsucessfully run a screen before they give it up? Where's Emmitt? He was doing great...last two possessions...no Emmitt.

All of our running backs were doing great. They have got to run so Quincy can get settled in. That dline is havin fun knowin that every play is a throw out there.

Emmitt needs more carries.

The o-line is doing fine.

Carter should have run on a few of those plays where the pocket eventually collapsed.

Carter is now making poor decisions after an OK start. 5-6 for 51 yards is a nice start but by itself doesn't mean squat.

Swinton is doing average, but the kid has some serious upside. I bet he breaks one today.

Carter is now 0 for his last 6 with one near pickoff. He still shows me very little. I hope he improves.

Campo needs to find a new line of work.

Is everybody noticing the difference in the running game today.... I'll wait....

No fullback. All of the backs are seeing more daylight without thomas missing his blocks.

Dammit Carter...idiot. Freaking fumble then he has a chance to just fall on the damn ball and he lets it go. Damn Carter.

Carter was carrying the ball in one hand. That is inexcusable to drop a fumble like that. It was lazy effort. And it was a poor effort to not recover his own fumble. All he had to do was fall on it.

Thank goodness for Hardy and the defense.

Sorry doc it is not "inexcusable". Even the great troy, favre, roger etc have done it. Also I've seen balls squirt out when they've tried to jump on it.

But it does look like the fans are on your side.

Carrying the ball like that is eliminated in Pop Warner leagues. You just do not carry the ball like that. I know fumbles happen, but Quincy Crapper just looks lazy and confused today.

The fans know football. And they aren't getting any right now.

What the hell is happening to my beloved Cowboys? They look awful right now.

Only thing thats wrong with Quincy is the DLIne. He has never faced one like this and I must say I havent see one like this during this season. Defense is doing a nice job Carter isnt playing well but liek I said they run a bit more Quincy gets a lil more time in the pocket. I think the name callin of Carter is a bit childish tho. I cant blame the OLINE for carters play all I can do is blame Panthers defense. All I can hope or Cowboys to do is run more give Troy Emmiitt and even Wiley some carrys then let Quincy throw.

Somehow I knew you would respond to the Quincy Crapper tag.....it's ok though.

The o-line is actually playing well. I'm glad that you pointed out that the Carolina defensive line is just playing well. I think you are correct. The play calling is suspect again this week for the Cowboys. Why did we move away from Emmitt after he busted off that 18 yard run?

Yikes thomas is back in the game and the running game goes to heck...

What's galloway's problem on that last throw, if quincy puts it lower it's picked. More draw plays are needed and recievers running the right routes.

Nope looks like 10-0.. My guess is carolina scores one more fg. So my final is 7-13.

4th and 3.

Carter looks confused and started to run (not a bad decision), but then pulls up and throws a very poor pass because he isn't set (very poor decision). First and 10 Carolina.

edit: And teh boos rain down. The announcers pick Quincy apart for that 4th down play. I haven't paid attention to who the announcers are. Anyone know off the top of their head?

How is someone a apologist? Everyone has said he has played bad today what else do you want? I dont know that Texans game was late at nite and was worser then this for me. The running game is the only thing stopping this game from being the wrost of the season to me. I dont know I think Campo has just threw in tha towel and im with him. Hopefully the O line and Quincy learn from this game becuase thats all you can hope for now.

what else do you want?

I want him not to suck. Either that or let's try someone else. At this point, the season is lost. All we have to look forward to is Emmitt's record and a high first round draft pick.

I understand that but I was asking what else do you want from people on this board who are in favor of Carter to succeed. No one is being a apologist.

i disagree doc.

the oline play has been absolutely horrendous. for walter's to fall backwards and get pancaked on a play is ridiculous. holding after a nice completion. ridiculous.

quincy's play has been absolutely horrendous.

the entire offensive side aside from the running game at times has been absolutely horrendous.

the o-line play has collapsed after a decent start. I think the credit should go to Carolina though.

That wasn't Quincy's fault. Hambrick never looked up and almost got hit in the back. This is rediculous. Carter is not the only one that sucked today. Let the "Fire Campo" campaign begin.

Quincy getting that off was ok, the throw was pretty, pretty bad because galloway was 10 yards behind the receiver.

Looks like galloway was going to let the defender run it all of the way back too, wasn't even coming back for it.
