I know. I was really rooting for one last FG so I could be right.
But I was right enough.
All hail me, Flaco.

Did anyone see Tony Romo imitating the ref on a penalty? That was hilarious.

Yes, that was hilarious. I had to rewind that to see it again.
I love Romo. He's so dang goofy.

I didn't watch the Boys-Pats game, so I apologize if this was already noted. (I DVRed the game and then deleted it without watching when i saw the final score). In the Buffalo game, Newman grabbed an INT and tried to run it back for a TD, but he seemed to be moving in slow motion. Last night, he looked fast! I distinctly remember him chasing down the receiver on the long pass that set up Philly's first TD. He ran by everyone.

Where in the game was this? I DVRed it, so I can go back and look for it...

What is the rule that allowed for the flag on the hit against Witten to be called off? The referee said something about "runner had both feet on the ground at the time of contact", but it sure looked like helmet-to-helmet contact. Or is that only to protect quarterbacks?
I haven't paid attention to rules changes the last few years.

I'm not positive, but I think that has something to do with a "defenseless receiver."

It's not just Cowboys' receivers he studies either. He has looked at the way St. Louis' Isaac Bruce and Carolina's Steve Smith run routes, even though they are smaller in stature.
"He's so quick that he can mimic anybody," Ireland said. "He's got great body control. If you can figure out how to run routes like a smaller guy, that's the idea because he can separate even better."
