I don't think so. I'm willing to roll the dice that Romo wasn't a fluke.

I hope the Boys get Quinn. Maybe he'll fall. Man, I'd be stoked for the Boys to get a "big time" quarterback in the draft. Since Aikman left it has been AWFUL.

that defensive front 7 should be sick for years to come.
edit-quinn not being drafted also scares me for another reason. i was planning on him taking up another slot in front of the boys. if he doesnt, it means someone else the boys might want wont be there.

The Ticket says there is no way he falls past Jacksonville.

Yeah, I'm not 100% sold on Romo yet either. I still think he can be good, but there are lots of players that have nice 5 game stretches in this league. Quinn falling to us would be a steal, I almost think you would have to take him.
But I seriously doubt it gets to that point, right?

i expected one of the corners to be gone by now. its not likely but its possible one of them could make it.

Leftwich seems to have fallen out of favor for whatever reason. Maybe they are confident that Garrard is the guy for them. This was just Ticket speculation.

what im really hoping is if he gets to us we can look at actually getting value and trading down because im fairly indifferent about a few different people.

Now that is a shock, Marshawn Lynch to the Bills. Didn't some people think the Cowboys could pick him?

Nvm on that one, this is exactly where Goose had him going. I guess the other mock draft I read was a bad one.

he was the most mobile player in this draft. no one really knew about him with his character issues to go along with the new code of conduct. to me this is a really stupid pick but thats just me. since hes a high first round pick, hes gonna get nearly what mcgahee wanted and hes not as good as mcgahee. throw in that he wasted a first round pick and i believe mcgahee got them a third or a second and it is just moronic.

He showed me a lot in that road playoff game. I believe he had the highest passer rating in the playoffs.
Everybody remembers the dropped snap but the pass to Whitten to get them to the 2 was a big time throw. Not a lot of room for error there.
So while I'm not 100% sold, I'm more than 50%.

A second rounder to move up 11 spots in the first round?
That's cheap.

Well isn't Jax getting Denver's #21 pick, which is still ahead of the Cowboys?

Cowboys need to get on the phone with Cleveland to try to trade down. I like Dwane Jarret. Let's grab him in the early 2nd and get some extra picks.

You can't take Quinn. If he's there, trade down with whatever team will trade with you.

It will be hard for the Cowboys to pass up on Ross or either of the two stud receivers on the board.

they must be putting alot of faith in mike williams or assuming at least one of the receivers makes it to them in the second round.
