Dirk looks like he's about 35. He's unshaven, his face looks really chiseled, his eyes are kinda sad. He's also doesnt seem to be in the game too much.

He looks really handsome with a shadow though. Like a soap star and that last drive was incredible. The first one was a little too wild, but when damp got us the second shot at it, he went in hard.

and I didnt mean to say that Dirk wasn't playing well...its just his facial expression.

Ouch! Damp goes in hard on Nazr. Damp just needs to slam it early though, he's throwing up three pointers from 2 feet. he definitely needs to put it up softer.

we definitely look sharper defensively than last year, they are just hitting shots over us and we just arent hitting shots. I also get the feeling that the team suddenly has Dirk and doesnt know what to do with him. Coaching needs to have Dirk run a drill where all the players just get chances to pass to him and he shows them where and how he wants it.

Tim Thomas pokes it away from Dirk (a pass?) and Marbury put it into gear to score with Crawford. Then we weren't paying attention on the inbounds pass and they stole it again. Definitely a poor effort on our part.

he's looked good. He seems to know Dampier a lot better than Dirk though. Dirk has been making everything himself and Damp has gotten it down low multiple times. A couple of sharp offensive plays off the dribble. I havent seen anyone really knowing their place offensively though. I cant blame Terry for the confusion. looking forward to seeing Harris and M'benga. Not interested in seeing the veterans really. Vets use preseason to work on specific things. Looks like Nellie is trying Howard out as the point guard at the end of the quarter.

The announcing is frickin horrible. They don't talk about anything. They just ramble about how good the Knicks are. They first said, "man, Marbury and Crawford are going to be a mean combo", and then they rambled about, "man, I love the depth the Knicks have at the 1,2 and 3"

Dirk is definitely looking good with his aggressiveness. I guess Stackhouse is rubbing off on him, but he is always looking to drive and every time he gets checked on the way in and he makes 75% of the layups, but they call the foul before the shot. When he takes jumpers, he looks lost and unsure though, so Im glad he's going inside.

we looked very sharp defensively. They had to take a long jumper and unfortunately M'Benga knocked it away a little after it started coming down again. Goaltending, no block for M'Benga.
