This was a really good win. I felt like the Lakers were that old fighter that had one last gasp and threw every haymaker possible, but this team did not wilt under the pressure.
I’m also growing increasingly excited about what Dinwiddie is bringing to this team. His game is fitting our team like a glove.

They blew a 21 point lead. Mavs lucked out that’s the Lakers buckled down the stretch, and they finally started making shots.

Difference between good and bad teams is that good teams win close games.
I really could care less if we blow leads as long as our score tops the opponent. In fact, it's long overdue for Luka and the Mavs to win these types of games.

That’s why I said they were like an old fighter with the last flurry of punches. I think it’s a pretty decent character win to withstand the flurry, in their place and come out on top in the end.

Of course, we still have a team where a player can't take games off. We lose if Josh Green doesn't score those 6 points, and he can very easily not score in a game.
Three ball off again. Such a puzzle as to why it goes in and why it doesn't. They better hope they fall come playoff time.

Refs assume we just can't play defense, when we actually are playing good defense. So many assumed foul calls and anticipated contact from refs. I'm so sick of phantom calls. These guys are consistently bad.

I really like Jamal Crawford on the broadcast
Good thing it’s the lakers the Mavs we’re playing. Idk if Mavs survive that against a better team. It was too much Luka iso again but it worked last night.
Would’ve liked to have Spence closing too.
But great rally when they were dead in the water.

I thought Green should have got a little more PT
They limited him to just 10 minutes yesterday despite him playing very well

Don’t look now but Memphis is only a half game back of the 2 seeded Warriors.
Would be a wild matchup playing Warriors if Mavs slide to 6, currently a half game up on nuggets.

Heard or saw somewhere that Pinson's basically our player-coach at this point.

Players seem to love him and he has a great attitude. I don't mind him taking one of our inactive slots now that KP isn't constantly taking up a spot.
