Other than Randy Galoway, is anyone on earth better than Phil Simms at using many, many words to say very, very little?

It isn't a moral victory but you have to remember a couple of things:
1) The refs were BAD
2) This is the first time the Boys played them. There will be strategies to beat them if they meet again.
3) Penalties were a real killer
4) The Cowboys CAN SCORE
And the biggest thing to keep in mind... the Boys may not even be playing the Pats in the Super Bowl.

Any over-the-top predictions for the rest of the season? Do we win the next 10 games?

People said the same thing about the Chargers last year. And the Colts the year before.

The Patriots are not much of a class act. They could have took a knee instead of scoring.

Penalties and early conservative play calling were the killers today.

I look at this game and i'm not sure what to say. I'm not even upset. I should be as a Cowboy fan but for some reason. By no means do I look at this game as any indication of what may happen in the future of this season.

The Pats are just that damn good. We played them by far better than anyone else this year. If Phillips didn't let his own stupidity get in the way of his 4th down call from the 5 we would have been within 7 with 9-10 minutes left. You don't think the Pats were happy that Dallas kicked the 3? That probably pumped them up that the D held and kept it a 2 score game. With a team that had already put, what, 38 up at that time do you really friggin think you are going to stop them TWO MORE times??? Your only chance was to stop them ONCE and hopefully tie the game and play for overtime.
We took the lead in the 3rd quarter, we showed fight out there, but at the end of the day this IS a better team. Well, I don't know that their D is any better than ours and I don't know that their O-Line is any better than ours but I DO know that their QB is God-like. Brady is amazing folks, really really amazing. Romo is a very good QB and he had a lot of drops tonight and a lot of flags that killed drives that could have had the game end different than it did with his stats looking a lot better and Brady's looking a bit worse with the time differential. With that said, it didn't happen and we are 5-1. But 5-1 is still third best in the NFL so put that into perspective everyone.
But to Nemesis who keeps throwing shit on top of a grave, you seriously need to shut the hell up with your whiny little told you so comments such as "any more over the top predictions?" and "are the Cowboys going to win 10 straight?". You seriously need to decide which team you support and once you come to the conclusion that most here know you will, (that team isn't the Cowboys), you need to go get on that team's board and spare us all from your crap.
Bottom line, we lost to the best team in football but the game was MUCH closer than the score suggests. Again, if our D is pumped after a touchdown there with 9 minutes left and they hold ONE time we have the ball going for the tie. Instead it looks like a blowout because Phillips let his pussy fall out of his zipper on that 4th down call. I take my chances with this team as we still had a gimpy Newman/Ellis, no Henry, no Tank, and no Glenn. We will get better as the season gets older so this is definitely still a Super Bowl contender. Again, who in the "NFC" is going to stop us?

Just a simple, "you were right, and I worship the internet space you keep" would be fine, Dan...after all, I would have least admitted I was wrong if the Pats had went down, was it, 34-17?
Come on, do you really need to spend that much energy worrying about what I think, or where I should re-locate too? Who cares what I think? Apparently only you do when I say something YOU disagree with. Otherwise, I am pretty much ignored.

The cowboys are legitimate, I know the score may not give you that story, but they showed a lot to me today. However, although the refs really do have something against TO, we wouldn't have won that game. We need to be at full strength defensively (Henry) to hang with them. I'm glad we lost today, that way we will win the rematch on Februrary 3, 2008 for Superbowl XLII.

I asked a simple question and never added anything else to that discussion. I simply asked "What would you say/think (not sure which) if the Cowboys won 34-17?"
I didn't make any bold predictions or say that they would win. I have just watched you bitch and question this team all season and I am about tired of it. You are getting on my nerves as you only pop in for sarcasm and negative crap that NO COWBOY FAN, (feel free to ask), wants to hear - especially after a damn loss. So if you want me to tell you that you are right I will, but for the record, I made the same prediction you did. I just don't go throwing that into other fans faces like I hate the 'Boys or something.
I told several of my friends this would be a loss. I KNOW the Pats are better, and that is OK. They still have to make the Super Bowl to make it a tough match up for us and we have to stay healthy and make it all the way ourselves. In the end, it is ONE regular season game and both teams could win the superbowl or miss the playoffs from here, (injuries and terrible luck are about the only way, but still).
Look, if you want to ask if anyone else is getting tired of your sarcasm seeing as how you only think you are pissing me off, feel free to ask. Maybe make a poll or something... In the end I know you couldn't care less, but I just wanted you to know how I felt. If you want to continue to keep this trash up though, just know that I wish you would stick your head up your ass and open your mouth. Mmm-kay?

Yeah, I take a bit of solace in knowing that 17 points were scored in what, the final 6-7 minutes when we were already pretty damn tired but still, it was definitely rough. We REALLY needed a healthy Henry out there attacking balls.

Nice, but if you were writing for Nemesis then you wrote about three paragraphs too many. His attention span is, you see, extremely limited.
