Default NBA's Prime League
California and Texas plus a couple of invitees.

Group A

1.- Dallas
2.- LA Lakers
3.- Houston
4.- Minnesota (invitee)

Group B

1.- San Antonio
2.- Sacramento
3.- Golden State (every Prime League has a not-so-good team [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img])
4.- New Jersey (invitee -besides, the East also pay taxes)

The rest to the NBA's AAA League. Its champion could play as invitee in the Prime League the next season.

(Whew! Twelve times against the best per season!)
