dirk is averagine 21.9 points this year to finley's 21.5
here's hoping that dirk can hold him off for the final two games and claim the Mavs Scoring title

Anyone here know what Petrovic's scoring average? 22.3? I can't seem to remember.

I was just wondering since a lot of people thought this would be the year Dirk would surpass his scoring avg and become the highest scoring Euro player ever (in the NBA). A few weeks ago, Dirk was just .1 or .2 off Petrovic's average.

it was 22.3
a late season shooting funk and lack of shots at times will keep dirk from reaching that point.
he was close...remember, he's only 22. it would be nice for him to get his average up from 21.9 to over 22..it just looks better
