what are the bulls doing anyways? Are they rebuilding or are they in win now mode? they had a nice young but strong core two seasons ago, all they laked was a big man. They tried it with Ben Wallace but that failed. Right now they got Hinrich Gordon Deng as their core. That's nice. All that is lacking again seems to be an all star big man. They are in the same situation. Not rebuilding not winning....
