Refs are helping the Spurs to beat the Wolves...
5(!!!) T´s in 5 seconds against the Timberwolves, 2 clear fouls not called against the Spurs directly after it, wow...
Rambis said to Ken Mauer: "F**k you, Ken!" After he got thrown out he shouted a big loud F**K YOU in his direction!

Yeah. That basically gave Ginobli 5 free points from the 5 free throws.

Wow.
What got the Wolves so pissed off? Bad call, or bad calls, or frustration, or what? And were all the technicals legit, or were they those quick trigger t's that got implemented at the beginning of the year?

Wolves could not buy a call and Milicic got his 4th for moving his feet well and Hill bumping into him. He got a T for arguing after Brewer was frustrated with the calls and made some gestures and got the first T. Then Rambis said something to Ken Mauer and got a T, after that he turned around and said "F**k you, Ken!" and got ejected, another big fat "F**K YOU!" while he left. After that the Spurs missed a shot and Blair went over the back against Love, no call, Love was furious about that no-call and got another T. On the next possession Blair did not get called for a moving screen and the whole arena was pissed. Duncan pulled a Bowen on Beasley so that he had to left the game, of course without getting a chance for a 4-point play.
Finally when Mauer (who called all 5 T´s for the Spurs) gave the Wolves a call he got a standing ovation from the crowd.
The calls in this game were very onesided, Spurs got all calls around the basket, Wolves could not buy one!

They followed the letter of the law but the Wolves were frustrated with the lack of calls going their way.
Duncan also pulled a Bowen setting up under Beasley on a 3.

I've never seen a 50-point game halfway through the 3rd before, I don't think.
Funny thing is, I said to my buddy (semi-seriously) as this game started that I thought it was unfair to make the Cavs play NBA teams.

I almost feel bad for Cleveland...maybe I'd throw in a second rounder in a deal to throttle whatever minor serviceable parts they have.

Cavs starter Manny Harris was -57 tonight. Let that sink in.

Give him a break. He didn't even know what the term karma meant until he saw it on the internet.

In the 112-57 game Phil Jackson kept L. Odom and P. Gasol in the game in the 4th quarter.

That was his 24th straight double double, he's a flat out monster. Total competitor.

Somehow a guy thinks he can retweet something someone else says and not be accused of agreeing to it. Only a high-schooler would be that silly.

I see very little evidence that LeBron has matured whatsoever since high school, so it doesn't really come as a surprise...

It wasn't even a retweet.

No RT there. What he's saying is effectively, "Someone sent me this, and instead of hitting the RT button like I clearly know how to do (because I do it all the time), I copied/pasted it and posted it as my own. But I didn't actually write it."
Right, LeBron.

Suns just beat the Knicks 129-121.
Carter with 29/12/4, Nash with 15/8/11 and Stoudemire with 41 points on 15-25 shooting - typical Suns/Knicks game!

Blake Griffin with his 27th straight double double with 47 points (19-24 shooting) 14 boards 3 assists, and the Clippers complete a back to back sweep of the Lakers and Pacers.

He's sick. I don't know any other way of putting it.
edit: And he did it with only one dunk the entire game. He hit jumpers, hit bank shots, got putbacks, and was simply too quick for whoever was guarding him and got to the rim at will. Yeah, I just said a PF got to the rim at will. Look at his handles, too. It would not shock me at all to see him playing a point forward role like Hedo later in his career.

Well said, I was very very impressed by how dominant of an overall offensive game he had. Jumpers, bankshots, tip-ins, spins, reverse layups, a little bit of everything. It was a very impressive display, he's a matchup nightmare. If he starts hitting those jumpers and bankshots consistently, he could very quickly become a top 10 player in the NBA.

Just imagine the Thunder with #1 instead of #3 in 2009...
Westbrook
Thabo
Durant
Griffin
Ibaka
Green offense off the bench
Holy...
Edit: And them not declining the Chandler trade. He sucked/was injuried the past seasons, so the Thunder still have that lottery pick in 2009, but then...championship for sure in the next years.
