Two-game fluke?
At the half of the Rockets vs. Lakers game tonight, one Laker had accounted for half of the team's 44 first half points on 10-15 shooting (2-2 from three), and chipped in 6 rebounds.
Ladies and gentlemen, your starting PF for the LA Lakers --- Brian Cook. Guess last night was just the beginning to Brian Cooks' NBA coming out party. Of course, he hasn't scored in the 3rd quarter yet, and the Rockets have stormed back from 11 down at halftime to tie the game. |

Cook's no more than a role player, but when he gets open looks his jumper's about as sweet as anyone's. I'm honestly kinda surprised it's taken this long for him to start having these kinds of outbursts.
