Minnesota gets a whole lot of young talent... Dallas runs a combo 5 of Dirk and Damp... Dallas is a legitimate contender with a lot of versatility? Dirk/Damp/DJ KG/Dirk/KVH/ Szczerbiak/KVH/Christie/Marshall Stackhouse/Terry/Christie Watson(edit)/Terry/Cassell Dallas probably picks up one more FA guard: Earl Watson and uses Terry as 6th man 2guard ala NVE?

Won't happen, but I think this lineup would win the title, and be in contention for it the next 5 years.
NVE might come back to Dallas then, and Dirk/KG would both get time at the SF.

So, we gave up on defense and went back to the Nelly way. I mean it really worked with phoenix. They were only THREE games away from the finals.

Wally came back from his neck injury (03-04 playoffs vs. Denver) as the 4th-best defender on the Wolves (behind KG, Spree, and Hassell.. all absolute elite defenders) and a better defensive swingman than the Mavs have besides Howard.. I'd say it would be worth the trade for KG and Wally alone.. but then again, it's also KEVIN GARNETT in the deal...
