Dallas and the Knicks
The knicks covet Antoine Walker and Jerry Stackhouse
The mavs need a point guard and have often said they liked kurt thomas. Mavs trade Walker and Stackhouse Mavs recieve Stephon Marbury and Kurt Thomas. Knicks trade Marbury and Thomas Knicks recieve: Walker and Stackhouse. I dont think, that the knicks will trade marbury after half a season at the garden.
there will maybe a trade with the knicks, but not for stephon. |

We would have to give up either Harris, Howard, or Daniels to get the Knicks to even consider this. I would do it in a heart beat.

Not my thought but:
The only thing Marbury has on his wall is 3 failures at NJ, Minn, Pho and now let's make it NY? Why do we want Marbury, all hype no substance. Hope his cousin Telfair makes out better. Probably rot at the end of Portland's bench for a few years; at least he got his shoe contract! BRILLIANT!
