Cowboys v. Bucs Game Day Thread
We are about to end the Buc's season right here. Will Zuriel Smith be cut though?

RE: Cowboys v. Bucs Game Day Thread
Bill may give him one more chance since he's young. This is definitley a message. Good moves. He's had a couple of big plays, but overall, I don't think he's been good. He never makes the 1st guy miss.

RE: Cowboys v. Bucs Game Day Thread
They are playing for field position now. Cowboys must be patient. Don't give up the big play. THis game is already a defensive battle.

Ultra conservative game plan so far. Let's open it up and test that secondary.

No INT. Gruden is wasting a challenge.

Bucs just look like nothing special this year. Decent defense, pass rush.

Boring 1st quarter. Tampa is selling out to stop the run, bringing linebackers and cornerbacks on run blitzes. There has to be something down field.

RE:Cowboys v. Bucs Game Day Thread
I know Hambrick does a few things well - like blocking - but I really couldn't be less impressed with his running. I'm getting way too accustomed to negative yardage runs. I know the Bucs have been horrific at stopping the run, but our strength is our receiving corps. I'd hate for us to ignore our greatest strength simply because other teams have been able to run at the Bucs.

We look to establish the run in every game first. Hambrick just isn't the runner we need.
That interception was a good play by a Rookie corner.

Zuriel Smith was placed on the inactive list for the game.
The Cowboys don't look great. Of course, neither do the Bucs.

Fine defensive stand. How about that tackle by Newman on the one inch line?

This is the most conservative the cowboys have been all season.

They just haven't opened up their bag of tricks yet. Carter will have to start throwing downfield to wage a comeback. No need for panic yet though. Just held them to possible 3! Miss it Grammatica miss it!

The d-line sure is bringing it today...they are looking more like the Bucs than the Bucs are.

Newman with the drive extending penalty, then gets victimized on the TD pass.

Well...this half of football playing conservatively as possible is really starting to look like a killer. Is there any reason for optimism?

Ross is NOT protecting the ball on the returns. I feel a turnover coming if he doesn't quit.

Quincy's a gamer, and an athlete. All we need is a TD before the half here.

RE: Cowboys v. Bucs Game Day Thread
Is that Dave Campo calling the plays over there? 3rd and short...throw the ball two yards BEHIND the 1st down marker. Give me a break pussies. You're being intimidated out of this game. Get a pair and throw the ball down field.

Dang. It'll be real interesting to see how they come out. Parcells will not be pleased.

Toby Gowin is killing us. When we need a long punt, he can't do it. When we need a coffin corner, he can't do that either.

Gowin is some good some bad. He doesn't get blocked though, and he doesn't really shank them either.
