Cuban: Post-COVID, 'In Crunch Time' Mavs Will Contend
"We are going to grind,'' Cuban said on Twitter in response to a Mavs fan's concerns. "We will get through this. We have a good team. ... Come crunch time, we will be there.''

Umm, Mark. We're 13th and falling, five games below .500, so it IS crunch time NOW. How bad does it have to get to be crunch time for you?

This just means that any other help is not coming.. So.. This is the one and only roster for this year.. And they have to grind.. Cuz there's no one else..

But this years performance definitely won't attract any good FA to Dallas.. So what then?

Grind all you want, we don't have a consistent enough team to do anything significant.

This comment seems to me like perhaps Cuban isn't as tuned into this team as he used to be. More Mavs, less Shart tank, politics and twitter takes.

We lost one game...the only game with our full squad. It was a big game sure...but some guys still a little rusty. If no other setbacks(injuries, covid)...lets see how we are 10-15 games from now.

Im not saying there isnt talent issues, chemistry issues, coaching issues...lets just see how we are with full squad and Rick being forced to play our best players most of the minutes instead of weird lineups with back of the bench players. Im assuming with media dogging on the Mavs play, a losing streak.... your generational star player visibly unhappy...that there is no excuses or room for error. Judge the Mavs on their next chunk of games.
