Taylor knew what a trade demand does to a franchise, even when first issued, Thibs publicly said no trade, Taylor says trade. That in itself is a major red flag. When Butler's 2 biggest problems are still in the lockerroom, it ain't going to resolve itself. Richardson, Bam and future pick, would probably have saved Thibs' job....but without much of an improvement on last year, he's gone at the end of the year.

Not to mention Bam is the perfect guy to put next to Towns. Good rim protector and gives them a rim runner. And Richardson can help space the floor and is a good defender too.
