Default RE:A Revealing Kerry Episode in the Philipines

Fact: A majority of the country never voted for Bill Clinton.

Clinton 1992-44,909,889 votes (43.01%)
Clinton 1996-47,401,185 votes (49.24%)

Bush in 2000 still managed to get more votes than Clinton ever did-50,456,002 (greater percentage than Clinton in '92, but smaller percentage than '96).

Nader, BTW, who "cost" Gore the election, still only managed to get a fraction of the vote that Perot did in either election.

not to minimize Perot's affect, but Nader cost Gore Florida and Vermont (end MOVictory for Bush less than Nader vote), either of which would have given Gore the EC votes he needed to be Pres.
