I have read all his books, but I think his second book, Searching for God Knows What, is his best. Blue Like Jazz, is pretty good as well.

To Own a Dragon and Through Painted Deserts were not as good as the first two.

To Own a Dragon was about growing up without a father..so I couldn't really relate to that.
