I am so sick of hearing about Iran, i feel like they are just being instigators.

I actually like the country of Iran and the people of Iran, but we do need to blow the hell out of that terrorist president of theirs. Maybe we can do target practice on a few mullahs while we're at it.

"instigators"?

the persians who run iran want nothing less than a return to the glory that was the persian empire. they view this role as their heritage, which was denied them by the west.

these are very dangerous people, but fortunately they are not representitive of all iranians. imho that will be the difference maker, iran of today is a multi-ethnic country and not the monolithic radical islamist state that is portrayed daily. when the mullahs are shown to be falable and the state is shown to be the true paper tiger, the islamic state of iran will be history.

as for being "tired" of all the hullabaloo about the crazy iranian president and his overconfident revolutionary guard corps, no, I disagree. these are dangerous and threatening roads they are electing to take, and we need to maintain whatever pressure we can to deter them.

regrettably our decision to invade iraq has only helped these leaders of iran in their quest to expand their influence.
