He must have been drunk last night when he wrote the column - he NEVER says nice things about the Mavs.

Triple double sovereign Jason Kidd may be an MVP lock (having seemingly distanced himself in the media's mind from Duncan, Shaquille O'Neal, Kobe Bryant and Wallace, but no point guard gets me more amped and keeps me out of my seat longer than Steve Nash. Kidd wishes he could beat his man off the dribble and shoot with hair in his eyes like Nash . . . |

He also just dissed the Kings and Webber in particular on national TV, saying they're psyched out by the Lakers. Kind of relieved we're not hearing the same about the Mavs anymore.
