Yes, it is sad that the leaders of our country who are supposed to be an example to everyone, simply cannot work together on anything ... or at least that is what the media decides to show us. I agree that the republicans were wrong in ram rodding nominations through. But you have to agree that democrats were wrong in deciding to take a day of netflix binge watching instead of showing up to work. Just more of the Us-vs-Them mentality.

Honestly, the republicans were in a lose/lose situation. They either force the nomination or sit back and wait for the democrats to come play nice. If they wait, nothing gets done and then it's back to the same thing of "The people elected you to do something and you didn't get anything done."

In summary, if you're gonna bitch about the other side of politics, then try not to be a hypocrite by not calling out your own party for their actions as well.

You honestly think the Dems are just going to play nice after 8 years of the Repubs obstructing Obama?

It's just hilarious how this all works out from a conservative point of view. If Dems sit back and take it in the ass, then they are just a bunch of obvious liberal pussies. If they fight back and protest the shitty ass nominees that are being presented (like the joke of the education woman Devos), then they are hypocrites? Hmm...

But once again, it's what the media decides to show us. Jesus, is that really all you guys have these days? It's all the media's fault? Truly pathetic.

Most, to my knowledge, were joining protesters.
