Waiting to get the report from dude1934, who I'm sure was in the arena, and who proclaimed he would be "so drunk Wednesday night!" Check in, dude...let us know you are okay!

First thing out of Dirk's mouth (to a totally unrelated question) was complimenting the Thunder and congratulating them.

Hell Yea, Western Conference Champs! Let's finish our business.

As usually OKC fans are really bitchin about the refs, I'm going to do some reading and listen to the OKC sports radio some and see what they have to say and then I'll report back more later.

My favorite play down the stretch was when Maynor waved off Westbrook and then proceeded to drive and throw up an airball.

This game didn't feel right for me from the start (okay, maybe not frome the start, but before and shortly after the start) with all look-aheads in the national and local media.

So proud of and happy for the Mavs to put themselves in a postion to get that championship, and doing so while only losing one game in the WCSF&WCF sends a strong message to their pitiful opponents.

Reporter just asked Dirk why he didn't really look like he was into it during the trophy presentation.

"We got one of those trophies already. It didn't mean anything in the end."

My pants suddenly feel tight. These guys are focused.

I like that the Heat will have home court in the finals. If the Mavs steal a game from them at their home court, and I'm confident they can, I think it will be huge.

Compare that to the Heat celebrating their win over the Celtics. Hopefully the Mavs will take advantage of that arrogance.

Underrated play of the game: Terry running interference on that Marion run out. Because of that Durant was late arriving and Marion was able to get the and-1 to that put us up by two scores.

I can't stay for too long, I'm posting from inside of Kevin Durant's backpack

after handing Dirk the Western Conference Champions trophy (I had just gotten back from a Dyke Costume Party so I dressed up like Doris Burke), I went to the bathroom to take a leak.... I walked in to find the stalls shaking violently and the walls slowly crumbling...

"Bob? are you in there? is that you?"

This really shows how focused these guys are. They were happy they won tonight. Happy to be the Western Conference champions but they see it only as a step towards their main goal.
