Default Josh Howard, the happy and respected leader

That's right, he's not sad or bitter about being traded to NBA hell, instead he's happy leading the Wizard's locker room and giving John Wall lots of valuable advice:

I wish him well. He was a solid 3rd/4th/5th option when his head was there. He just had too many antics and his lockerroom presence was just too off for me to ever want him back here.

He was my 2nd favorite Maverick back in 06... even ahead of Terry.

I wish him well too.

Leading the Wizards locker room? Lmao, good luck with that. And I really doubt anyone there considers him their leader.

Ultimately a colossal waste of time and talent. Nice pieces we got in return for him tho
Being added to that all-star team was the worst thing that ever happened to him. Oh, and when they traded his best buddy Devin away

Although it proly would've worked out the same with him regardless. There's a certain segment of southern country type thats just a special shade of dumb. Just re-reading his bio and noticing he turned down an invite to try out for Team USA. LOL

With guys like Andray Blatche, Nick Young, Javale McGee, and Jordan Crawford on the team, maybe he is the leader haha. But I agree they need to find someone else to lead them unless Howard's changed dramatically.
