Default Derron Williams

Can opt out after 2011 he has family in Texas and would love to come back here. He has been mad at some of GM's decisions especially the trade of Brewer especially if Boozer goes he will be available.

We're already looking forward to which free agents we want to sign in 2012? Why don't we worry about the playoffs and the two seasons that occur before that offseason.

I don't know about Williams after his bone head play at the end of the allstar game. we need to develop Roddy. The league is becoming inundated with quick points and we need speed to keep up with them. You can always have a two guard cover physical players like Williams.

Williams is the best point in the league, dynamite jumper, amazing feel for the game (roddy's weakness that and his vision is poor hence his assist stats), best crossover by far in the game, great finisher, he is the best point in the game, no one in the league can guard him, you just hope he has an off night. I can't think of a 2 guard that can cover him

Roddy hasn't been playing basketball that long it is too early to assume that he has poor vision. His short comings are probably attributed to inexperience. The idea is to give him the experience by playing him. Williams is a very good point but as to him being the best point is conjecture on your part. I think that the league is being transformed into a quick point guard league. Thats the future. Williams is playing for a very well balenced team put him on a lesser team and see what he does if he is the total focal point of a defense. That does not mean he is not a hard player to cover it is just that aquiring him would cost the Mavs too much and those resources could be better be applyed to shoring up the interior. I would give Roddy the chance to develop at the point because he will be more valuable in the future to cover the quick points that a lot of other teams seem to possess now. Williams and others like him are not quick enough to cover those types of guards.

Deron wants out of Utah anyways. He's really upset about the Brewer trade to the Grizzlies. His words were that's why I only signed a 3 year contract.

I thought my intention and irony was clear after repeating all the time "Derron".

Deron *cough*

The point is always the intial focal point of the defense except on our team. What would you do with Jason Kidd. I personally would get rid of kidd but we appear to be stuck with him. We also irrigardless need a quick point like Roddy.

Roddy has yet to show he can be an effective point, and Deron is plenty fast enough to guard Paulect... just look at the stats against him
