Cuban is THE Problem

He continually gets the benefit of the doubt from a lot of Mavs fans, myself included, but what has he actually done to deserve it? His interventionism and conviction that he is the smartest guy in the room has consistently worked against the Mavericks. He didn't play a role in the two biggest decisions in franchise history (drafting Dirk and drafting Luka) other than OK'ing a trade up to get Luka. We are successful as a franchise because Donnie drafted those guys. Other than that he has been worse than mediocre, he has been a bumbling fool and underrated cheapskate who consistently fails to make the right decision. Let's take a look at his actual track record:

(2011) Broke up championship squad
(2012) Not present at free agent meeting with Deron Williams
(2013) Passed on Giannis to save $400k
(2018) SI breaks story about Mavs culture of sexual harassment
(2021) Cato breaks story about conflict in the Mavs front office
(2022) Fails to sign Brunson to 4/ $55m extension

Our roster isn't the best and Kidd isn't the best coach, but those are symptoms of the disease that is Mark Cuban. Sell the team Cuban.

He's a piece of crap to boot. He hired a bunch of people to pretend to shop and they were actually making sure stores were complying with covid in 2020. I can't stand him.

He also keeps Powell because they're movie buddies (he's been here since the Rondo trade, longest reigning Mav by far and can barely play) and to me it's no coincidence he's starting when we have Wood a way better player that will end up leaving like most players do due to an incompetent ran organization.

Lol we are still on about Brunson. The fucking guy didn't want to be here and under Luka's shadow. Again, if you want to give that story so much credit, allow yourself to Google who the root source of all that was...Daddy Brunson. Don't come at me with fucking Macmahon and Cato, they're using the same. damn. source.

The strongest case scenario was that Brunson wanted to bet on himself and run his own team. It paid off and Mavs fans want to blame anyone but the player and his own damned decision.
