Clippers would save a bunch of money with expirings, young cheap Dominique, and Caron's insured contract. Haywood is a defensive backup at only 7 mill a year vs. 12 mill a year for Kaman.

We would get a terrific backup center/power forward, more scoring and rebounding! And Kaman is 28 vs. over 30 for Haywood.

Clippers are perfectly fine with Jordon in fact if things go to plan for Kaman and there isn't a lockout, they will be using Kamans expiring deal as a buyer trying to get better next year

Yep, I can't see them unloading Kaman for Haywood, Wood's contract is another 4 years. 1 remaining for Kaman.
