I like Rocker - he's got a dominating arm. He's a complete idiot, but could be a good pitcher again.

he could be a very nice asset for the rangers...however, if he does cross the line, he can be cut without costing the rangers much. Like i've said..it's a risk, but a very low risk move. The possible upside far outweighs the risk

Rocker has pitched 2 closing innings in the dominican winter league, he struck out the side on 11 and 12 pitches respectively.
