Don't mess with texas.. Especially during summer!
Anti-war demonstrator Cindy Sheehan was hospitalized Friday evening for dehydration and exhaustion after fasting for more than a month and protesting earlier this week in 100-degree weather, friends and relatives said.

Why did she fast for a month? As a war protest?

Undoubtedly. I heard it was some sort of weird "semi-fast" however, not really a fast but more like missing a meal or something, something weird. She has to collapse now to get a headline, thank goodness her 15 minutes of lunacy is over.

That's pretty strange.

This is from one of her blog entrys. Oh the horror, the deprivation. Heck..I didn't realize my wife was on a fast with her amped up smoothie every morning.
Quote:
I find traveling out of the country very challenging being on a fast. When I was on a layover in Madrid on my way to Venice, Italy yesterday, the closest thing I could find to a smoothie to get a little protein was a coffee with vanilla ice cream in it. Traveling for 22 hours is very taxing under normal circumstances--but then again, when have we had normal circumstances since the 2000 and 2004 successful coup attempts that have brought BushCo into power?
I traveled from Venice to the frontier of Italy to the province of Udine which is right at the foot of the pre-Alps. I am here for a huge youth festival which includes many elements of social justice and peace work. It is beautiful and the air feels different from other places that I have travelled. It is strangely soft and gentle as is the natural light. However, there is not a Jamba Juice on every corner, so blended juice drinks with protein powder are impossible to find.

And I love who's hosting her blog.
"Marxist Thought Online". Too rich..

Let her rot away and get it over with.
On another note....the stupid sow overpaid for the land she purchased in Crawford this month by about 10K more than it was listed at. She is clueless.

How do you call "getting a smoothie", fasting?

15 minutes is the limit for fame.
The lunacy lasts longer.
