Time to reduce that magic number to 0 and clinch that playoff spot! The Rockets always give us probs but I'm hoping Booth and Howard will help put 'em away. Yep. Not to mention that as of now, the only team to win the season series against us is the Lakers. We still need a few big wins (San Antonio, Houston, Phoenix) to make sure they stay the only team to do so.

To clench a playoff spot tomorrow, we need to beat the Rockets and the Sonics have to lose to the Spurs. It would be cool to wrap it up tomorrow and give Nash a few days off.

I think that the Mavs wont have a problem with the Rockets. Granted, they have been playing really well lately, but so have we. On this road trip some wondered if we would be able to even "steal" one game. We all know they were quite wrong. We've proved that we can hang with the best(even though we don't seem to have an answer for Shaq and the Lakers). I also don't see the Spurs having trouble with the Sonics. I think it will be Mavs 111, Rockets 102. We'll be in the playoffs by Tuesday night.

The Rockets have actually been playing poorly lately. They have 2 wins and 5 losses in their last 7 games and have been passed by Seattle for the 9th spot in the West.
Lost to Sacramento 109-125 Lost to LA Clippers 92-97 Lost to Seattle 90-93 Beat Utah 109-86 Lost to Phoenix 85-90 Beat Washington 96-86 Lost to New Jersey 98-101 Losing to the Clippers and New Jersey within 7 games killed Houston's playoff hopes. |

I think we can and will win but I actually want them to loose so we can clinch infront of the home crowd. So...
