I heard from someone (many times) that this is only 7 days away.

So here it is, the official thread for the second season of Lost. We all love it. And i agree, it'd be easier to have this in a new thread.

My prediction is that if they kill anyone off it will be Shannon. She is useless.

[POSSIBLE SPOILER - Although not really... but just in case you don't want any possibility of being spoiled I'll put this disclaimer on]

On the issue of the Hatch... Kristin Vietch has been giving clues as to what is in there. They are:

1. In a way, it's something you've never seen before. But in a way, it's something you see every day and are probably seeing right now.
2. It begins and ends with the same letter.
3. Some of you were there this morning. (This clue was given on September 12th)
4. The word that begins and ends with the same letter is not a plural, and it is not SOULS or WINDOW.
5. One of the castaways has already seen this thing before. The others might have as well, but I know for sure that one of them, one of the MAAAAIIIIN ones, has seen it before.
6. This thing in the Hatch can be called by two different words: One is three letters and starts and ends with two letters that are right next to each other in the alphabet. The other is seven letters long and starts and ends with the same letter.

Anyone wanna bet that heroin-boy already has a little stash? After seeing the final episode again, the heroin is in plain view of him and he knows what it is and he wants it. and towards the end of the episode he becomes very aggressive (although this 'could' be due to the baby-napper).

yeah, but i think that's what they want you to think. At the end of the season, they clearly show that Charlie has one of the Mary statuettes (at least the top half of one) in his bag, but do not show any heroin. But the audience is to assume that there are drugs in the statuette. it wouldn't surprise me if he took only the statuette and no drugs. seems like a small twist the writers would put in. Maybe he's trying to be more spiritual.

How many days are left until the season premiere?

On a beach in Hawaii last night they showed the season premiere. My will power is now being tested to not visit the Spoiler sections of the Lost message boards. It's hard, but I think I can pull it through.

This DVD website I post on has spoiler tags, so it blacks out text. Anything entered like this:

[spoiler]this is a spoiler, blah, blah, blah[/spoiler]

is blacked out, and can only be read by double-clicking or highlighting the text. We need an equally efficient way here.

can we change the color of text? If so, we can make it gray so it blends in with the backgorund.

all we seem to have is this highlighting feature

let me just say that what happens in the first episode is going to leave you with more questions. yet, it is still very satisfying. and yes, we see what is in the hatch. and all of Kristen's clues (above) are satisfied.
