Former Mav Chandler Parsons suffered career threatening injuries from a car wreck. He was hit by a drunk driver.

His lawyer said he "suffered multiple severe and permanent injuries including a traumatic brain injury, disc herniation and a torn labrum."

Sad, regardless of how you might have felt about him as a player.
