And we haven't gone to the line once.

Walker has 7 turnovers and you're saying Fin's 1 turnover is tiresome? Good lord.
3 fouls on Delk and Daniels.

finley has done a pretty good job of doing the little things this year..he's supposed to cut back his shots to an extent.... no, his shot hasn't been there yet this season, but i'm not ready to give up on him

Have you been watching any of the other Mavs games? Fin's not exactly all-star caliber right now and the past few games.

I don't think I said Fin was playing all-star caliber ball. His shot is gone, but he's done a decent job on other things. Even Finley's biggest critics have said that he's done a good job on other things like Murph, KG, and Dude.
What I was asking is how can it be tiresome to see Finley turn the ball over when Walker has 7? Dirk has 2. Hell, both those guys and Nash are averaging over 2 turnovers a game.
Finley's not, yet it's tiresome to watch him turn the ball over?

Quit stealin all of Dirk's rebounds Antoine Walker! You scrub! lol
Is this a really physical game or is no one on the Mavs driving , at all? We have 2 freethrow attempts.

Finley has given so much to this franchise - don't you think he deserves more than FIVE games before you write him off?

Basically, its tiresome to watch Finley miss his shot or turn the ball over. The only game he played well was when he was three early at the gym practicing.
Walker is turning the ball over too. Did I say that I was happy about that?
I just have no confidence that something positive will happen when the ball is in Fin's hands.

I'm not saying trade his butt. Maybe sit him for awhile so he can watch and regain his bearings. Also, your argument is he's given so much to this franchise? This franchise is giving him 100 mil so he's not short changed. As of now, he's not performing worth 100 mil.

RE:Mavs vs Raptors Gameday Thread
Raptors lead 42-40 at the half:
Dirk (21) 10-15, 1-1, 2-2, 23pts, 1rb, 1as, 2to's, 2blks
Walker (17) 2-4, 1-1, 5pts, 8rbs, 4as, 7to's, 2blks
Najera (10) 2-4, 4pts, 4rbs, 1stl
Finley (16) 0-4, 0-1, 2rbs, 1to
Delk (14) 1-3, 1-1, 1-2, 4pts, 3rbs, 2as, 1blk
Best (11) 1-3, 2pts, 2as, 1stl
Jamison (13) 1-4, 2pts, 1rb, 2as
Daniels (5) 0-1, 1rb, 1to
Bradley (7) 0-1, 1as, 1blk
Howard (6) 0-1, 1blk
Finley...0-4, 2rbs, 1to, 0 fouls
Other 4 backcourt guys...2-8, 4rbs, 4as, 1to, 1stl, 2blks, 6 fouls.
He's clearly being out-played by Delk, Best, Howard, and Daniels. I'm sure he's the reason for Jamison's poor shooting and lack of shots and most likely Walkers turnovers as well. Might as well blame him for Dirk and Jamison having 1 rebound a piece too. Anything else we want to blame Finley for?

RE:Mavs vs Raptors Gameday Thread
We look better than last night, but is that really saying much? I don't think so. I like seeing Bradley and Howard getting PT. At least we're keeping it close. I'm sure Nellie's telling the players that we have a glimmer of a chance to win this game. If we can tie the game we might even be in a position to possibly wind it.
Funny how a team that is supposed to be all offense can look so putrid at offense 2 games running.

You're getting way too over dramatic here. I'm not saying Fin is the root of all the problems of the Mavs. Come on, in 16 minutes, He's only contibuted 2 rbs to the positive stat sheet. Again, the other guards aren't earning 100 mil. If Fin still wants to be the leader, he's gotta play better.

RE:Mavs vs Raptors Gameday Thread
We just have to remember the Utah game... that was a glimpse into the future... that is what this MAvs team can eventually become. They just have to keep working and all of us need to just be patient.

RE:Mavs vs Raptors Gameday Thread
i dont understand why some of you are blaming fin just because the mavs are not performing up to par. Its not fin's fault, its the mavs' as a team thats not right.. its not steve, its not nash, its the team as a whole. I just hope that the mavs can get it in gear sometime soon, because I miss the mavs from last year. Remember this is a whole new team out there...

anybody willing to post the nba.com link? Maybe that will work?
It's been busy for me since the 2nd half started. Yahoo isn't updating and cbs keeps shutting my computer down for some reason.
